Questions we are often asked.
How do we become a stockist?
Send us an enquiry with your chain or region. We reply within two working days with pricing, sample packs and the launch plan for your area.
Which regions do you cover?
From day one: the Central and Eastern region (Riyadh and Dammam) and the Western region (Jeddah, Makkah, Taif and Madinah), each with medical reps and a district manager.
Which products are available now?
Three food supplements: UTI, DESIRECTA and ZYGOTEC. Each product page lists the composition, pack size and net weight.
When are new products launching?
Phase 2 — Prost Care, Ova Care and Andro Care — is planned from April 2027. Partners can ask for the launch calendar now.
Are the packs in Arabic?
Yes. Every pack is bilingual, Arabic and English.
Can we receive samples?
Yes. Sample packs are part of the information we send to pharmacy chains and distributors with pricing.
Do you work with physicians?
Our medical reps visit physicians in the relevant specialisms and share information on composition and pack format.
Are these products medicines?
No. They are food supplements. They are not a substitute for a balanced diet or for medical advice, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
