Pharma Care (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through pharmacarehealth.com, why, and your rights under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

1. Who we are

Pharma Care supplies food supplements to pharmacies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For any privacy question, contact info@pharmacarehealth.com.

2. What we collect

• Enquiry form: name, company, email, phone number (optional), city, the type of enquiry and your message.
• Emails you send us: the content of your message and your contact details.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept for security and to operate the site.

We do not collect health data, and we do not ask for it. Please do not include personal health information in your messages.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and, where you ask, to send pricing, samples and launch information (legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

4. Cookies

We use one functional cookie, pc_lang, to remember your language (Arabic or English) for one year. On your first visit we estimate your country from your IP address — using a database stored on our own server, with no third party involved — only to choose the language. The IP address is not stored for this purpose. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. A small note in your browser’s local storage remembers that you closed the cookie notice.

5. Who we share it with

Only service providers that host our website and email, under contracts that require them to protect your data. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPL you may ask to be informed about, access, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Write to info@pharmacarehealth.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

8. Security

The site uses HTTPS, spam protection and restricted administrator access. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
